Premier Insurance Consultants also known as JPA Insurance is an independent insurance agency built on service in Martin and St. Lucie County on the Treasure Coast.   The agencies roots go back to the 70's when Jim Powers Sr. opened the agency.  It is now run by professionals with well over 30 years of insurance experience ready to service your needs 24 hours a day.

Agency Owner and Principal Donna J. Barr-LaGoy, AIT, ACE grew up in her family run insurance agency Jurgensen Brokerage in Commack, NY.  She spent the last 20 years working for Brown & Brown, Marsh and McLennan and The Leavitt Group.  As a licensed agent since 1986 she is very active in the Insurance Industry which provides her with various avenues to provide her clients with the premier coverages and services available in the industry.
