Premier Insurance Consultants of the Treasure Coast also known as JPA Insurance is an independent insurance agency built on service.   The agencies roots go back to the 70's when Jim Powers Sr. opened the agency.  It is now run by professionals with well over 25 years of insurance experience ready to service your needs 24 hours a day.

Agency Owner and Principal Donna J. Barr, AIT grew up in her family run insurance agency Jurgensen Brokerage in Commack, NY.  She spent the last 20 years working for Brown & Brown, Marsh and McLennan and The Leavitt Group.  As a licensed agent since 1986 she is very active in the Insurance Industry which provides her with various avenues to provide her clients with the premier coverages and services available in the industry.

She was taken from us way before her time on March 7, 2010.  Wonderful Mother of two boys, girlfriend/partner, daughter, sister, grandaughter, best friend and the best CSR.

Thank you to everyone inquiring about donations for the two beautiful boys Melanie leaves behind. Please make any donations to any Riverside National Bank location. A trust account has been set up in the "Melanie J. Henningsen Fund".If you are unable to go to the bank you may also mail it to and... checks payable to; Melanie J. Henningsen Fund, 4001 Virgina Ave, Suite A, Fort Pierce, FL 34981.

The trust has been set up in the benefit of Ryan James Hamm Jr. and Cameron Luis Ortiz the Children of Melanie J. Henningsen, deceased, their health, welfare, maintenance, and education. The family wants to thank everyone for their prayers, support and concern.
